Edifying, equipping and strengthening believers in their faith and good works are what we do. We believe and practice this every day in the nations we serve. Secular communities need Christian leaders that are equipped to integrate into their systems. Secular institutions will not seek the Christians; Christians have to purposefully seek the secular institution with a plan, knowledge and with courage.

MOTE and its leadership education series prepares leaders to lead within these systems. Sending the Body of Christ into the world to be the light and salt needs to be strategic as the enemy, Satan and his followers are. Ephesians 6: 10, 11 says it all, “… be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God…  The context of this is all about Community Outreach.  Christians are to be in the world, impacting the world and transforming the world in the face of the evil one. We are commanded to do this in the Spirit, with the fruit of the Spirit while waiting for the return of Christ.

MOTE and its trained leaders in all the countries we serve are active in their secular communities. They have learned how to become influences of positive change. MOTE trained leaders are engaged in secular public school systems in California, in secular prison systems in Mexico, Panama and Dominican Republic as well as in villages collaborating with the local leaders to solve crime, drugs, health and the care of the elderly and children in need.

The MOTE Mission organization equips, encourages and sends leaders into the heart where the blood of Christ heals and restores families and communities to the glory of God. The following photos and brief descriptions are a glimpse of what the LORD is doing in and through the wiling hearts of the MOTE Mission teams.

We encourage you and your church to join us in this transformational outreach.  You can contact us to learn more, or participate with our MOTE Short Term Trips to Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Panama. The MOTE Mission Coordinator is ready to serve you. Or, you can volunteer at one of our many outreach locations.

The time is now, the needs is nowNOW is the time to act and respond, “Here am I. Send me.” (Isa. 6:8)
